INSURANCE & PAYMENTS
Matricule number:
All who work or live in Luxembourg have a matricule number. Please if possible bring an official paper that shows us your number. This will make it more easy for your first registration.
PID or RA
PID : You only pay the difference that is not covered by CNS. Dr Spyropoulos uses this method only for children and when the total amount exceeds the amount of normal consultation (under the condition that the CNS system accepts it).
RA : you pay the total amount to the doctor and the invoice is directly sent to your CNS "inbox" (GesondHeetsApp by CNS or My Guichet). With one click you can send it to CNS electronically. If you don't have this inbox activated, your doctor can still print the invoice and you can send it by Post.
