THE PRACTICE
The Visits are exclusively with appointment.
Our consultations are based on an appointment only system. Appointments can be booked by telephoning the office (or via online booking) in advance or on the day you wish to be seen.
If you wish to be seen on the day you are phoning please phone as early as possible on +352 28772804 as close to 09:00 as possible (FYI, the secretary is at the office only in the mornings from 9:00 to 13:00). Alternatively, if you wish to book in advance, it is best to phone later when our phone lines are not so busy.

We are also offering online appointment booking to our patients via Doctena.
​
If you only need a prescription renewal of an older prescription recieved by Dr Spyropoulos, you don't need to make an appointment. You can call the secretary and the Doctor can send it to you by post or you can come by the office to get it.

Consultation Times
Consultation slots are 20 minutes for known patients and 30 minutes for new patients.
We will try to keep appointment times as much as possible, but inevitably some patients require more time than others. If you are kept waiting, please be patient .On the next occasion it may be you who requires more of the Drs' time.

In order to keep the medical office running as smoothly as possible, please remember the following:

Please be punctual for your appointment.

Please let us know if you cannot keep your appointment.

Please do not expect the doctor to "squeeze in" other members of your family at the same time as this results in less attention being given to each person and delays in the general schedule. 1 person = 1 appointment

Please don't "save up" several problems for one appointment. The doctor cannot tackle each problem fully in the time available. If you have several things to discuss you may be asked to make another appointment.

Home Visits
​
The practice offers home visits only in some particular cases and depending on the doctor's availability :

physical handicap.
-
need of urgent medical attention (on the same day) without any means of transport.

Cancellations
​
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. If you don't cancel, the consultation will be charged.
